For over a decade, cms electronics has been working on Industry 4.0, the digitization of its own production for the manufacture of electronic components and modules. Customers are demanding more digital and networked control of production, and it has gone from being a "nice to have" to a "must" when awarding new contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

cms electronics is managing the implementation of the digitalization measures with the \u201ciTEP \u2013 Integrated Traceability Excellence Program\u201d project. iTEP specifies the rules of communication between the ERP, the MES and the shop floor and combines the various components. cms electronics is following a 5-step plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
