Your tasks:
After an induction phase, the focus of your activities will be on the following tasks:
- Requesting and following up on order confirmations from suppliers and ensuring timely receipt
- Verification of confirmed delivery dates and independent complaint in case of deviations from requirements.
- Identification and labeling of critical items for proactive follow-up in coordination with customer service and purchasing.
- Processing and verification of EDI order confirmations in the system
- Planning and coordination of delivery schedules based on customer requirements
- Preparation and analysis of component availability
Your qualification:
- Completed commercial or technical training, e.g., apprenticeship and/or high school diploma.
- Prior professional experience in customer service, purchasing, scheduling or supply chain is an advantage.
- Confident use of MS Office
- Good English skills
- Structured, reliable and independent work style
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Teamwork skills and a solution- and service-oriented mindset
