This confirms that we highest standards in the protection of confidential data, IT security and technical documentation in accordance with the strict requirements of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA).

Challenges on the way to certification
The TISAX certification was not an easy path – it required Commitment, time and more! Here are the biggest challenges we had to overcome:
Mastering complex requirements:
- Understanding TISAX controls/requirements
- Building a robust ISMS: From security policies to access controls, we developed an integrated system that ensures the highest level of information security and data protection.
Create resources and structure:
- Time and budget: The process took over 12 months and required investments in equipment and new software tools in addition to human resources.
- Cross-departmental and cross-site collaboration: The core project team, including colleagues from both sites, and management worked closely together to clearly define responsibilities, establish new structures, modify existing ones, and train the teams.
Provide documentation
- Comprehensive documentation: The requirements of each control were meticulously implemented and seamlessly integrated into our integrated management system with lean, clear documentation.
Prepare assessment
- Internal audits to identify vulnerabilities in advance and iterative remediation to minimize rework.
