Your tasks:
After an induction phase, the focus of your activities will be on the following tasks:
- Management and further development of the Production Support team (maintenance and technical support for production)
- Responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of all maintenance measures (preventive, corrective and predictive)
- Ensuring the availability, reliability and safety of all systems and processes in electronics manufacturing
- Technical interface function between new product introduction (NPI), production, development, quality assurance and external partners
- Budget planning and responsibility for the technology and maintenance department
- Reporting to management and preparation of key figures and analyses
- Coordination of apprenticeship training and development of training programs
Your qualification:
- Completed higher technical education (HTL/Uni/FH) e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional and management experience in the field of technology in an industrial environment and/or production – ideally in the field of electronics manufacturing (SMT and subsequent process steps)
- Confident handling of ERP systems and good English skills
- Confident appearance, team leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking
