Your tasks:
After an induction phase, the focus of your activities will be on the following tasks:
- Processing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, etc.
- Providing solutions to technical or product-specific problems
- Responsible for order acceptance and processing
- Responsible for quantity and scheduling agreements
- Implementation of the shipping organization
- Responsible for material procurement
- Responsible for order tracking
Your qualification:
- Completed commercial/technical training
- basic technical understanding
- Confident use of MS Office (Navision is an advantage)
- English in speech and writing
- Independence and accuracy
- Customer focus and commitment
- Strong customer service and assertiveness skills
