Your tasks:
After an induction phase, the focus of your activities will be on the following tasks:
- Coordination and agreement of quantities and delivery dates with customers
- Planning and managing customer-side forecast quantities and ensuring security of supply in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Handling customer inquiries, change management, and active communication and problem-solving with customers.
- Procurement of materials, processing of orders and order confirmations (including EDI), monitoring of delivery dates and escalation measures
- Creation and analysis of evaluations and key figures (e.g. delivery performance, material risks, inventory levels) and derivation of suitable measures
Your qualification:
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., HAK, HTL, apprenticeship with professional experience)
- Prior professional experience in customer service, order management, supply chain management or purchasing is an advantage.
- Confident use of MS Office
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style combined with strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and a high level of customer and service orientation.

- This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry – we offer a starting salary from € 3,449.08 gross per month (full-time equivalent), with the willingness to pay more depending on education and professional industry experience.
