Your tasks:
After an induction phase, the focus of your activities will be on the following tasks:
- Administrative processing of incoming and outgoing goods (inbound & outbound)
- Execution and monitoring of import and export customs clearance
- Management and archiving of delivery and customs documents in accordance with legal requirements.
- Notification and coordination of pickups with freight forwarders
- Support of the Fonyod plant and the operational logistics processes (shop floor)
- Ordering and managing auxiliary and office supplies
- Participation in warehouse inventories and continuous improvement measures
Your qualification:
- Completed education, e.g., apprenticeship
- Professional experience in logistics administration, ideally in a production company, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of handling incoming and outgoing goods, as well as customs and shipping processes, is beneficial.
- Confident use of MS Office
- Structured, reliable and independent work style
- High accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility in handling documents
- Teamwork and communication skills
