The coronavirus pandemic is causing an exceptional situation. Its development is still unclear and brings us a somewhat uncertain future.
We have to react to the breakdown in the markets and in particular to the temporary closings and production stops in the automotive industry in Europe.
In coordination with the employee representatives, there will be short-time working at cms electronics starting with April 1st. This measure applies until further notice and for all cms electronics locations.
During the short-time working period, the measures already taken to protect our employees remain unchanged in order to contain the further spread of the coronavirus.
Our colleagues in business development, key account management and customer service work in shifts and / or home offices. Therefore, they can still be reached by our customers - but limited by short-time work.
We ask for your understanding for the restrictions that have now been made and thank you for the trust you have in us.
We are confident that we will be able to master this extraordinary challenge with the measures we have taken, and hope to be able to go back to full operation as soon as possible.
